Too Much TV Time Bad For Muscular Fitness Levels

A new study from the American College of Sports Medicine suggests that young adults who tune in to two hours or more of TV per day have poor muscular fitness. Guided imagery can help reduce feelings of stress and overall improve feelings of well-being. In addition to improvements of tremor in Parkinson's disease it also can be effective for reducing anxiety in conditions such as PTSD.
