Today's way of living provides a number of experiences that were unimaginable decades ago. Cultural advances and technology can provide a number of benefits including an increase in general and mental health, less infection and overall better quality of life. However, these lifestyle changes bring challenges to our health and the health of the environment. Being aware of the hazards of our lifestyle is the key to staying safe, healthy and happy.
I have read several articles related to the findings of this study. Unfortunately, most seem to make it sound like this is a bad thing...and frankly, I do not agree.
